Farm ground.
Heavy farm soil drains slowly, so septic here often takes an aerobic design, and a new house on old farmland usually needs a pad and a driveway too. Old home places come down and get hauled off.
San Patricio is a small incorporated town on the Nueces River in San Patricio County, founded in 1829 by Irish settlers. It is known for the 1836 Battle of San Patricio and its St. Patrick's Day rattlesnake races.
The town sits on the Nueces River at about 43 feet elevation, in farm and ranch country.
River-area homesites, farm and ranch acreage are the likely mix of dirt work, clearing and septic installs.
