Do you give free quotes?
Yes. Call, or send photos and rough measurements, and you get a written, itemized price, usually within 24 to 48 hours. Veterans and first responders get 10% off eligible services.
Is your septic work licensed?
Yes. Skid Pro works under a TCEQ Class II On-Site Sewage Facility installer license (OS0041004), which covers standard, aerobic and drip systems, and a Maintenance Provider license (MP0002885) for aerobic contracts.
Does demolition include hauling it off?
Yes. Houses, mobile homes, garages and concrete come down, the debris gets hauled off, and the lot is left level and ready for what's next.
Can the same crew prep the site after clearing or demolition?
Yes. Grading, backfill, compaction, drainage correction and caliche pads, so one crew takes the lot from brush or rubble to ready to build.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, financing is available on bigger jobs. Ask about it when you call.
How far do you travel?
We're based in Robstown and work Corpus Christi and towns about 80 miles out, from Port Aransas to Freer and Kingsville to Victoria. See every town.
